Samira Boukhnous

I am French and Moroccan. I grew up in the suburbs of Paris and
studied sociology and management of cultural projects in Paris. 

I coordinated a cultural center in Essaouira in Morocco.

I co-founded an associative cultural space in the city center of Marseille.
I support artists' collectives in the creation of projects, shows, tours and meetings. I like to talk about Whirlpool Production.
At the heart of my work there are living cultures, participation, transformation, popular education, maieutics, public space, the representation of alternative narratives, cultural references and hybrid aesthetics.
I have an inexhaustible taste for everything that might seem impossible and that we are doing.
